Terms and Conditions mbi9 – Platform User Guide

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mbi9 ("Company", "we", or "our platform"), operating at https://mbi9.app and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mbi9 account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without prior notice.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• The name registered must match the name on your official identification document
• You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is always kept up to date
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone
• Mbi9 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account due to user negligence

The identity verification (KYC) process is part of the mbi9 registration procedure. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card, passport, or other supporting documents at any time — especially before your first withdrawal is processed. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of your account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

Mbi9 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method — current limits can be viewed in your account settings

• Withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within 1 to 3 working days after verification is approved

Mbi9 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond mbi9's control.

5. Bonus & Promotions

Mbi9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all mbi9 bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses have wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• Welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only per member, per household, and per device
• Mbi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins
• Bonuses credited to accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be automatically forfeited
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash

6. Wagering Rules

All wagering activity on the mbi9 platform is conducted in accordance with the game rules set by each respective game provider. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Game results are final and non-disputable once the round is fully completed
• Any technical interruption such as an internet disconnection during gameplay is the user's responsibility — mbi9 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end

7. User Conduct

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any platform content without written consent from mbi9
• The mbi9 trade name and trademarks may not be used in any context without explicit authorisation
• Links to the mbi9 platform from third-party websites are only permitted as plain hyperlinks — framing or embedding without authorisation is not allowed

10. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mbi9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or wagering
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mbi9's control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or cyberattacks

11. Account Termination
